  1. Andy, by the centre quick march, means you take your dressing off of the guy in the middle when marching in ranks. Essentially, you keep in line with him or her. Its used less often, Tony is correct, we usually dress off from the person on the right, hence ‘by the right quick march’ hope that helps.
